Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons Statutory Examinations

U.K-bound Graduates

Foreign veterinary graduates must take the membership examination for the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (MRCVS) held in May (written portion) and July (practical portion) every year.

The examination consists of a written examination in May (in each area of Equine, Small Companion Animals, Production Animals and Veterinary Public Health) plus a practical examination over several days in July.

Other requirements: Proof of English (IELTS results; not TOEFL), proof of veterinary degree, or a letter of good standing from SGU, passport photographs and copies of the passport identity pages.
