The SGU Community Garden Committee welcomes all SGU Faculty, Staff, Students and Significant Others to join us on a green adventure!

The SGU Community Garden Committee consist of a group of students and significant others who seek to promote the social, mental/physical health, and environmental benefits of sustainable gardening through the creation of a campus community garden. This project is currently under the SGU Integrative Health and Medicine Club.

We hope that this outdoor project will encourage the SGU community to engage with the natural world, learn social responsibility, work collectively, foster interdisciplinary pursuits, and adopt sustainable practices while offering a meaningful sense of place for all to enjoy.

No gardening experience necessary. However if you are an experienced farmer/gardener, we would love to hear from you. Please see attached flyers to learn the different ways you can help in this project.
