FED EX Packages: Collection Times

Dear All:

Effective Tuesday, 29 September, 2009, Fed Ex will collect packages at the University at 12:00 noon sharp. In order to facilitate the change we are asking persons with Fed Ex packages to get their items to Ms. Marva Gilkes, at the Front Desk, within the times stated below:

• Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays - between 8:00 and 11:30 a.m.
• Wednesdays, (Big Pac), between 8:00 and 10:45 a.m.
