The images submitted must be the original work of the entrants. All entrants warrant that they have the exclusive right and permission to the photos, subject(s) depicted and images. All submissions will become the exclusive property of St. George's University Limited. St. George's University Limited reserves the exclusive right to reproduce prints of the submitted entry, and to use and display such reproductions in any manner or media, including publication and distribution in print, digital and electronic form, in connection with any purpose deemed appropriate by St. George's University Limited.
The entrant reserves the right to use the submission for their own personal purposes but nothing herein shall diminish the exclusive rights of St. George's University Limited as set forth above.
The contest will run from annually from January 1st through November 1st.
