Health Insurance
All St. George's University students must maintain adequate health insurance and must confirm coverage on the "Student Health Insurance Confirmation Form." Citizens of Grenada may choose to waive the health insurance policy, noted on the confirmation form, while studying in Grenada; however, health insurance is mandatory whenever courses are taken outside the island of Grenada.
Students may choose to enroll in the University plan that offers comprehensive and affordable health insurance providing a wide range of protection, including major medical insurance and air ambulance coverage. If students choose not to enroll in the University plan, they must enroll in any other program which provides them with comparable protection. A Student Insurance Division Prospectus and "Student Health Insurance Selection Form" are available upon request if you have not already received them. Please contact your Admission Counselor.
