KBTGSP Meet & Greet Program
If you have not done so already, please remember to provide your travel details to your SGU Admission Counselor so that we can plan for your arrival.
For students travelling by air to Newcastle, Northumbria University's "Meet & Greet" Program provides a free pickup service from The Newcastle International Airport. This service also provides a sim card that will allow you to phone home when you arrive. To apply for this service, please open this link to complete the Meet and Greet Registration Form:
While it may seem redundant for those travelling by air, it is important that you notify your SGU Admission Counselor in addition to registering for "Meet & Greet" with Northumbria University.
If you are arriving by train or bus to Newcastle and provide travel details to your Admission Counselor, alternative arrangements will be made to greet and transport you .
"Meet & Greet" runs from August 6 through August 10 but all entering students are expected to arrive in Newcastle by Sunday, August 8. You will require approval to arrive after the start of the mandatory orientation program on Monday, August 9, 2010.
